Why can't I adjust the angle of the plastic holder on metal plate?
The pole has to be fixed onto the metal plate first. After which, step on the metal plate using your feet and push the pole using your hands to adjust the angle.
Why does the metal plate keeps dropping out from the pole?
The metal plate has been incorrectly attached. Please refer to the installation guide to attach the metal plate to the pole correctly.
Why can't I insert the pole into the plastic holder on the metal plate?

Why is the detergent dispenser missing from the package?
Kindly check under the metal spinner of the bucket. Due to shipping, the dispenser sometimes get stuck under the metal spinner at the corner of the bucket. Give the bucket a good shake and it will drop out.
Why is my mop dripping wet?
Incorrect method of spinning will result in the mop not being able to spin dry. The "pumping" action being performed on the pole has to be continuous so that the mop will be spinning at a certain speed so that excess water can be removed during the spinning stage. Please refer to the "How to use" video for correct usage. The mop can be spin-dry to a stage whereby a piece of tissue paper will remain dry when placed on the mop head after spinning.
Why the metal plate at an awkward angle when I mop the floor?
After removing the mop from the spinner, the pole is in an upright 90 degree position. Place the mop on the floor, step on the metal plate using your feet and push the handle pole to adjust the angle so that the plate will be flat and at a correct angle for mopping. Please refer to "How to use" video for correct usage.
